Abby Dalton's Biography:
Actress Abby Dalton was born Marlene Wasden on August 15, 1935 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is best known for her role as Julia Cumson in which she starred in 98 episodes, 1981-1986.
Abby has been in show business since 1957 as an actress. Before her very popular turn in Falcon Crest she achieved fame as Ellie Barnes on The Joey Bishop Show (50 episodes, 1962-1965). She also had a long run in Hennessey as Martha Hale (93 episodes, 1959-1962).
From her beginning acting career in 1957 Abby has had both long starring roles as well as a myriad of guest star appearances including appearing on some of TV's most beloved series including The Rifleman, Have Gun With Travel, Maverick, Rawhide, Mike Hammer, The Danny Thomas Hour, My Three Sons, Nanny and the Professor, Love American Style, Barney Miller, The Waltons, The Love Boat, Murder She Wrote, Hotel and The Young and Restless.
As of 2009 she is filming Prank and plays Mrs. Sweeney.
She is also the mother of Kathleen Kinmont who was married to Lorenzo Lamas. Abby and Lorenzo co-starred together on Falcon Crest.
