Carrie Underwood was recently voted as the most popular American Idol winner in the history of the show.

Carrie has had some high profile romances and in 2008 ended a relationship with Gossip Girl hottie Chace Crawford.  She told Us Weekly Magazine in April of 2008 about the breakup "we broke up over text so....it's like Peace out'".

Carrie has undergone a major transformation in her hairstyles since winning American Idol.  At the taping of Idol Gives Back in 2008 she wore a breathtaking gown by Farah Angsana and wore her perfectly highlighted blonde hair in a stunning rolled chignon placed at the middle of her gorgeous head in the back.  She also wore a sweep of soft bangs with longer edges that carressed her beautiful face.

The September 2009 issue of Star Magazine showed the blonde and beautiful star atChecotah High School in her hometown of Oklahoma.  According to Star Magazine Carrie surprised students with a donation of $117,000 in new instruments.
